Rebel, find hope, and find each other on the dance floor. Angry about the state of the world? You’re not alone. Dance it all away to quirky, upbeat electronic music, together with performers and light artists who create space for freedom and self-expression.

GLITCH is a DIY-minded collective that connects with Leeuwarden’s LGBTQIA+ community through interdisciplinary and conceptual club nights. They create events in unique locations that inspire, challenge, and celebrate individuality.
About het Stadshart
From November 5 to 23, Podium Explore transforms into het Stadshart. Every afternoon, a different local scene or community hosts a DIY session under the name Studio Stadshart. One day you might be soldering guitar pedals, the next you’ll learn how to make your own sourdough starter. And in the evenings, you can unwind with live bands, talks, and performances!

Is there food too?
Yes! Pop-up restaurant De Voedselbar serves lunch, dinner, and all-day snacks. So het Stadshart is basically your new favorite café — but one where there’s always something cool happening or to see. It’s also the perfect place to connect with local creative scenes, neighbors, friends, and communities from the region. Open every day from 12:00 to midnight!
