De artiesten

GINGE

The world is a playground, and GINGE is making a backup copy of the key for everyone.

Remember how you used to fall off the swing and still went on to try the zipline? In Playing Around, GINGE celebrates the humor of childlike imagination and the boundlessness of our emotional world with a generous dose of neo-soul, pop, R&B, and jazz. After performances at festivals like Into The Great Wide Open, ESNS, and MS Dockville, and appearances on 3voor12, Omroep Zwart, and 3FM, she now invites everyone into her playground with her debut album.

Alexander Moto

Alexander Moto is a storyteller with disarming honesty.
Dreamy yet determined, his words dance through the cosmos. The Frisian rapper, singer, and pianist explores matters of the soul through lyrical, reflective songs that pull no punches. For De Broeikas Presents, Moto has stripped down his repertoire—just him and his piano take the stage. Flowing between hip-hop and poetic cabaret, he raps and sings in both Dutch and Frisian. You are warmly invited to feel.

Bente Blom

Bente Blom (1999) works in Friesland as well as in Utrecht.
She lives on a boat and studies Illustration at HKU (University of the Arts Utrecht). In her work, she explores how people relate to each other and to their surroundings. She draws inspiration from the Frisian landscape, but also from small, everyday observations. Using materials like pencil, watercolor, pastel, and fineliner, she creates colorful and dreamy images that invite reflection.

In FORGOTTEN LANDSCAPES // FERGETTEN LÂNSKIP, she investigates what remains when the Frisian landscape is rearranged. To be able to read a landscape, you need its elements—ditches, trees, wooded banks, hedges, paths. But what happens when those disappear? How do you read a landscape that has lost its language?

MIKKL

After producing electronic music for interdisciplinary projects, MIKKL brings her love for a wide range of music to the DJ booth.
Her genre-bending sets are driven by hard-hitting percussion and always laced with a touch of queer tunes—as long as the focus stays on creating unity on the dance floor. Inspired by artists like Jamie xx, Surusinghe, and Effy, she promises nothing less than pure energy!
