Arno Verbruggen – SODOM

50 minutes
Performance | Dance

SODOM is a theatrical reimagination of the Biblical tale of Sodom and Gomorrah, and asks whether its meaning persists when viewed through a contemporary, inclusive perspective.

SODOM is a multidisciplinary solo performance that combines dance, theatre, film and fashion. The piece challenges queer stigmatisation embedded in religious narratives and confronts the enduring stereotypes they perpetuate in modern society.
