Michelle Samba invites you to take part in her interactive sound installation, Gateways<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<\/div>\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n

Meters-long hair braids stretch out into the space, sticks hanging on the ends.\u00a0You are invited to play the sound installation with these sticks, transforming the sounds of countless gongs in the forest into a cohesive composition guided by the hands of the audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Through this work, Samba combines performance art, music, and installation. Her work is personal and open, inviting the audience to connect with her world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
